These terms govern access to and use of the website horamundial.net (the “website”). By using it you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it. This is a translation; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

2. Purpose of the service
HoraMundial.net is a free information service that shows the current time, date, time zones, daylight saving time, sunrise and sunset and time differences for countries and cities all over the world. No registration is required.
3. Conditions of use
You agree to use the website lawfully, diligently and in accordance with these terms. In particular, you may not:
- Attempt to access restricted areas, breach security measures or introduce malicious code.
- Make massive automated requests (bots, scraping or similar) that impair the operation of the website.
- Use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising or unlawful or offensive content, or to impersonate other people.
4. Accuracy of information and liability
Times are calculated from the IANA time zone database and our server clock and are carefully reviewed. However, governments may change their time zones or daylight saving dates at short notice, and the time displayed also depends on the user’s connection and device. The information is therefore provided for guidance only and must not be used as the sole reference for activities where a time error could cause harm (aviation, navigation, financial operations, legal deadlines, etc.).
To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damage arising from the use of the information on the website, service interruptions, technical errors or the content of linked third-party websites.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the website available at all times, but we may interrupt it temporarily for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control, and we may change its content and features without notice.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
The design, source code, texts, logos and the HoraMundial.net brand belong to La Clave Ganadora S.L. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may freely link to any page of the website, but you may not copy, reproduce or distribute its content for commercial purposes without authorisation. Time zone data comes from the IANA database (public domain) and localized place and zone names from the Unicode CLDR project, under its licence.
7. Links and sharing buttons
The Facebook, WhatsApp, X and Telegram buttons are direct links to those platforms’ sharing pages and do not load their scripts. When you click them you leave the website and the terms and privacy policy of each platform apply.
8. Advertising
The website may display advertising to fund the free service. In that case ads will be identified and, if they use cookies, your prior consent will be requested in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms to reflect legal or service changes. The version in force is the one published on this page at any given time.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Alicante (Spain), unless consumer protection law provides for a different jurisdiction. For any questions, please use the Contact support page.
